This condominium resort offers a spectacular beach and recreational activities including a seasonal kids activity program, onsite kayak rentals, a large swimming pool, tennis court, and a shuffleboard court. The ResortQuest Island Echos- a vacation here is sure to relax and revive. The spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are perfect for families looking for complete at-home comfort including fully-equipped kitchens. Five outdoor charcoal grills are available for guests wanting a cook-out dinner or lunch. Complimentary high speed internet is available in unit. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 128.21 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is before 10am. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in to this hotel. Room occupants must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests arriving after hours should use the courtesy phone located outside the check-in office to contact a property rep., who will give them codes to a lockbox. Guests can contact the office using the number on their reservation confirmation.
