IPG Florida Vacation homes offer the finest vacation homes in Orlando. There are a combination of over 200 homes and condo units located within a 25 minute radius of Disney World and approximately 20-30 miles from Orlando International Airport. The IPG Welcome Center is open 24/7 and is conveniently located on the west end of Hwy 192, just 6 miles from Kissimmee and 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Facilities within the Welcome Center include guest reception and registration area, copier and fax facilities, an Internet cafe with high-speed Internet access, and a reception lounge with free coffee. In addition, there are car parking facilities that also include the opportunity to take helicopter rides over the surrounding area including the theme parks- prices for rides are available upon request. Amenity Fees include- Pool Heat for private pools- electric USD 35.00/daily, USD 165.00/weekly. Pool Heat for private pools- gas USD 60.00/daily, USD 330.00/weekly. Rollaway Bed- USD 8.00/daily, USD 45.00/weekly. Pack-n-Play foldaway crib- USD 8.00/daily, USD 45.00/weekly. Highchair- UDS 8.00/daily, USD 45.00/weekly. Above prices are all subject to 13 percent sales tax. Stays less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning fee upon check-in. Cleaning fees for 2-7 bedroom properties range from USD 75.00-USD 125.00 plus tax. Upon check-in, guests will be charged a non-refundable Property Protection Fee of USD 69.00 per property booking, which is paid directly to the resort and is added for guests convenience and peace of mind. While the guest remains responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee ensures that the guest will not be charged for damages that are clearly of an accidental and of an incidental nature, up to USD 3,000.00 maximum. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Early check-in and late check-out is possible based on availability. Note, for check-in the person registering must be 21 or over.
