Each spacious unit has a private balcony, well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. In the 3700 sq. ft. clubhouse, an exercise room has state-of-the-art fitness equipment. A community pool overlooks a pond with a lighted fountain and has a generous deck area for sunbathers. The covered spa is a good place to invigorate tired muscles. Wireless high-speed Internet is available. Cane Island is in the popular tourist district of Kissimmee with entertainment for the whole family. The main entrance to Disney World is less than 4 miles away and Sea World and Universal Studios can be reached in a matter of minutes. Restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance. There is never a dull moment with watersports, helicopter tours, historic sites, dinner shows and miniature golf close by. Guests are to check in at main office at 2801 N. Poinciana Blvd. Kissimmee, FL 34746. Office hours are open from 9am-5pm. A cleaning fee only applies if minimum night stay is not met. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
