Value Place is an extended stay property that blends hotel and apartment style living. Our rates are priced for weekly stays, and are not adjusted to a daily rate. However, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. A 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in and is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday. After hours check in is available by dialing extension 500 on hotel lobby phone.
