Orlandos Sunshine Resort is literally minutes from the hustle and bustle of Walt Disney World Universal Studios and SeaWorld yet the resort is a peaceful respite where you can unwind from the day and map out the next days game plan. Complimentary weekly housekeeping; additional cleanings available at a fee of 41.00 per clean Office hours are 7am to 11pm daily. After hours check in with security. Minimum check in age is 23. Onsite parking at no charge. One vehicle per unit. Resort prohibits parking of boats; RVs and trailers. November 10th 2012 through January 20th 2013 - Orlandos Sunshine Resort I - will undergo a roof replacement; construction hours will be between 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. We anticipate increased noise at the property during the roof replacement project
