The rooms are tastefully decorated mini-suites with fully equipped kitchen areas and plentiful amenities to make any business or leisure stay comfortable. Single rooms feature one King-size bed with a sofa-sleeper and a recliner. Double rooms feature two Queen-size beds. All rooms are groundfloor and include cable television with more than 60 channels including HBO, CNN, and ESPN. A Complimentary expanded continental breakfast is served daily. The property includes a comfortable Great Room and screened porch, as well as a beautiful courtyard with a swimming pool, gazebo, and BBQ grills. No pets allowed.*

From Jacksonville International Airport take I-95 south to I-295 south. Take I-295 south to Exit 16, 103rd street, the 3rd exit south of the I-295 and I-10 junction. Turn left onto 103rd Street and turn left immediately onto Daniel Terrace following the sign into our main entrance. From south I-95 take I-95 north to I-295 north to Exit 16 103rd Street. Turn right onto 103rd Street and turn left immediately onto Daniel Terrace following the sign into our main entrance.

Meeting / Conference InformationOur 560 square foot Conference Room is newly renovated, March 2003 and is ideal for small business meetings and social functions. It features white boards, a TV-VCR, and a lectern. It accommodates groups from 2 to 60: Theatre Style up to 60; Classroom Style up to 40; Banquet Style up to 40. Custom seating arrangements are may affect the total number of available seating. Our 1500 square foot Great Room is also for larger social functions, with seating up to 85 people.
