The Demographic Data and Peer Comparison Ranking Data for the 100,314 cities, towns, counties, ZIP Codes and Census Designated Places (CDPs) profiled in this Gazetteer is updated annually. The most recent update was on July 1, 2017.

The USPS report on the number of business and residential addresses being served in each ZIP Code and the ZIP Code Maps are updated 4 times per year but with different update cycles. The ZIP Code database was last updated on February 1, 2018 and the ZIP Code maps were last updated on February 1, 2018.

The information on the 2.2 million Physical, Cultural and Historic Features is updated six times per year. The last update was on April 1, 2018.

The School Attendance Zone Maps are updated four times per year. The last update was on March 1, 2018.
